VOY Supports Zooboo Ventures on StaRUG Procedures of Grover

Grover, a Berlin-based consumer tech company and former unicorn, has completed a StaRUG restructuring process.

VOY advised Grover’s founder, Michael Cassau, throughout the process and supported an attempt to implement an alternative refinancing solution in order to prevent a wipe-out of the existing shareholders as a result of the StaRUG restructuring.
