VOY Advises deeploi on Seed Financing Round
IT-as-a-service platform provider deeploi raised EUR 3M and announced its launch. A VOY team led by Clemens Koós supported the company.
Cherry Ventures led this seed financing round and various angel investors joined, including the founders of Moss, Vay, sennder, and Taktile.
The company was founded by Julian Lübke and Philipp Hoffmann. Lübke got his start at Rocket Internet and then later joined real estate startup McMakler as its first employee, focusing on operations. Hoffmann, meanwhile, founded an IT company ten years ago, which started out as a traditional IT service provider and then moved toward becoming a managed service provider with a focus on Apple’s platforms. For that, Hoffmann also created the company’s own mobile device management system (MDM).
