Cavalry Ventures Leads Investment in Empion with Support from VOY
VOY lawyers Johannes Steinacher and Kristian Lutz advised lead investor Cavalry Ventures with their latest investment in Empion.
The Berlin-based HR startup Empion closed a EUR 6M seed financing round. Cavalry Ventures was joined by renowned business angels like Fabian Kienbaum (Kienbaum), Constanze Buchheim (i-potentials), Anna Kaiser (Tandemploy/Phenom) and Oliver Manojlovic (Personio) who co-invested. Existing investors VR Ventures and Redstone VC also took part in this round.
