VOY Supports Helpling with Acquiring Call Jeffrey
A team led by André Buchholtz supported Helpling on its latest m&a acquisition of its Munich-based competitor Call Jeffrey.
After closing another financing round, the Helpling Group acquired Munich-based housekeeping company Call Jeffrey. Call Jeffrey is now part of the Helpling Group, strengthening its position as Europe's leading platform for household- and office-related services. Further acquisitions are planned.
Despite Corona, the Helpling Group has been able to grow strongly in recent years. In addition to the continuous organic growth of the existing business, the Helpling Group has been able to consolidate the European market through numerous acquisitions. Following the acquisition of Tiger Facility Services at the end of 2019, the group is now also active in the business customer segment. Since the middle of this year, the group has focused on expanding the premium segment for private households with Helpling Premium. The premium segment is set to grow strongly in the coming years, and the acquisition of Call Jeffrey further bolsters the Helpling Group's presence in this area.
In addition to Helpling, Europe's leading marketplace for household-related services, the Helpling Group unites other brands in the service sector for private households and companies under one roof, such as Helpling Premium, Haushaltsgenie, MySkills Academy, Tiger Facility Services and goodworkvibes. The Helpling Group is active with different brands in 10 markets around the world, always with the vision of providing the best possible user and customer experience. Thousands of people worldwide use the products, services and platforms of the Helpling Group every day. Investors include Mangrove Capital, Lakestar, APACIG, Rocket Internet and Unilever Ventures.
