VOY Advises allO on Seed Financing Round
A team led by Kristian Lutz and Marcus Thiel advised allO on its financing round.
Munich-based software-as-a-service company allO raised EUR 1.4M. The funding comes mainly from London-based Keen Venture Partners, which led the round. But angel investors such as Martin Enderle, chairman of the supervisory board at Delivery Hero, also invested in the company.
The Munich-based software-as-a-service company wants to digitize restaurants and support restaurateurs in their start-up phase to give local restaurants unfair technology advantages and compete with prominent players. Hence, they strive to democratize gastronomy by making McDonald's and Starbucks' level of technology accessible to small restaurant owners.
