VOY Advises b2venture on its Investment in assemblean's Seed Financing Round

assemblean has secured a Series Seed Financing Round of EUR 1.8M from b2venture, a prominent early-stage venture capital firm.

Rising energy prices, high input costs, and the traditional inefficiencies of analog processes have put the manufacturing industry on the back foot. It is under increasing pressure to improve efficiency and reduce costs. While on-demand manufacturing platforms have provided solutions for rapid prototyping, they have struggled to meet the needs of complex, multipart products and high-volume mass production.

The Paderborn-based company assemblean is bridging this gap by providing a "Production-as-a-Service" platform that enables large-scale, on-demand manufacturing of industrially engineered products. Customers simply upload their product specifications to the platform and assemblean leverages its extensive supplier network to cover the entire production and assembly process. This approach delivers significant cost savings, faster delivery times and high quality production without operational complexity, freeing up resources for companies to focus on their core business.‍
