Kadmos Exited with Support from VOY

A team led by Clemens Koós advised the shareholders of Kadmos on their exit to the international Japan-based shipping company Nippon Yusen Kabushiki Kaisha.

By acquiring Kadmos, NYK incorporates a platform that supports seafarers from all nationalities into its digital payments business. In partnership with MarCoPay, Kadmos will offer a salary payment solution for seafarers worldwide.
