VOY Advises RedMimicry on its Seed Financing Round
RedMimicry, a platform for emulating complex cyber-attacks, has successfully closed its Seed Financing Round.
A VOY team led by Johannes Steinacher has advised the Berlin-based Startup RedMimicry comprehensively on the legal structuring of their first financing round.
The round was led by High-Tech Gründerfonds (HTGF) with participation from Capital Square from Hamburg, superangels from Munich, and further well-known business angels.
The fresh financing will enable RedMimicry to further develop its product platform, paying particular attention to specific threat scenarios, such as attacks on critical infrastructure and financial service providers.
