VOY Advises Circle Health on its EUR 9 M Seed Round
Berlin-based Circle Health has closed a financing round with both equity and debt components, led by Atlantic.vc. Kristian Lutz and Nico Nagel of VOY served as counsel on all aspects of the debt financing portion.
Berlin-based Circle Health has closed a EUR 9 million seed round combining equity and debt, led by Atlantic.vc, with participation from CRB Health Tech, Calm/Storm Ventures, and Kfund.
The financing supports continued product development and national expansion of Circle Health’s hybrid clinic model, including planned launches in Munich, Hamburg, and Düsseldorf.
VOY advised Circle Health on the debt financing portion of the round. The VOY team was led by Kristian Lutz and Nico Nagel and covered the structuring and execution of the debt workstream. VOY regularly advises high-growth companies and investors on complex venture financing transactions, including combined equity and debt rounds.
