VOY Advises 468 Capital on AskUI Seed Financing Round
VOY lawyer Clemens Koós advised 468 Capital on their investment in AskUI.
The German prompt-to-automation platform AskUI has secured EUR 4.3M in its seed financing round.
The financing round was led by Eurazeo, with participation from existing investors 468 Capital, LEA Partners, APX and new addition Seedcamp as well as existing business angels Carsten Thoma and Christian Stiebner.
The funds will be used to advance product development. AskUI will release its first prompt-to-automation model, enabling users to control and automate processes just by using words. The company also plans to expand its market globally and grow the AskUI team.
