Sunhat Raises Seed Financing Supported by VOY
VOY lawyers Johannes Steinacher and Clemens Koós advised Sunhat on their EUR 2M seed financing round.
The financing round was led by early-stage investors Capnamic Ventures, xdeck ventures, and industry experts WEPA Ventures. Various tech, compliance, and sustainability business angels co-invested along. VOY has been accompanying the company since its incorporation and pre-seed financing round.
The funding will be allocated towards advancing the technology and expanding the product offering for enterprise customers. Besides ensuring compatibility with all traditional systems, Sunhat strives to establish industry-specific integrations.
Since its launch last year, the startup has convinced several well-known enterprises of its software solution, including the hygiene paper manufacturer WEPA.
