VOY Advises Volders on Acquisition of Aboalarm
A team led by Kristian Lutz supported Volders on the acquisition of its former competitor Aboalarm.
The acquisition results in a new market leader with two strong brands for contract cancellations in the German-speaking region. Aboalarm was previously part of the comparison platform Verivox, which is operated by Prosiebensat.1's digital business.
