A team led by André Buchholtz and Clemens Koós advised the shareholders of Increase Your Skills on their exit to UK-based competitor MetaCompliance.
The cybersecurity tech company was founded in 2017 by Hannes Hartung and Carolin Andree. The acquisition is a milestone for the young company and shall drive the company’s ambitious growth plans in the DACH region.
