VOY Acompanies Ecoworks on New Financing Round
A team led by Johannes Steinacher supported long-time client Ecoworks on its latest EUR 7.7m financing round.
The new backers include the Warema Group, JLL Spark Global Venture as well as Zacua Ventures and Blackhorn Ventures. Existing investors PropTech1 and Motu Ventures as well as several business angels also participated in the financing.
About Ecoworks:
Ecoworks develops innovative components and technologies that enable up to eighty percent of tasks to be shifted from the construction site to the factory. These include prefabricated elements of a building envelope with windows, doors and intelligent building technology already integrated, as well as a digital 3D planning and factory process.
